Last week a beautiful family celebrated the first year of their son with an awesome shooting at the arboretum. Mom and dad had some cute outfits picked out for him and after seeing his cute hat and toy box, I thought “country style”!!, I knew that I needed to photograph him by the dry grass section of the arboretum, a spot that I never used before. You can tell she is having a great time with the teddy bear and laughing a lot. We sang, smiled, crawled and had a lot of fun capturing some cute moments of this little boy who is just about walking and stands well with a little bit of help of mommy and daddy. For me those little moments are very precious and important to remember as a family. I always feel very fortunate to be part of these celebrations, being able to capture those great memories is something that always make mi day.

And a little poem to finish this post 😉
Teddy Bear Paws
All teddy bears are wonderful things
To hold and hug…to cuddle and cling.
But we’re important to children because
We’re the only ones with teddy bear paws
And everyone knows that they’re in demand
for holding on to the tiniest hand!
I really love how creative this shoot is.
